• Billing cycle - subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected


• Automatic renewal - subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date


• Cancellation - you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period


• Refunds - we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law


• Price changes - we may change prices with 30 days notice; continued use constitutes acceptance

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations


• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others


• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose


• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems


• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code


• Harass, abuse, or harm other users


• Use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights


• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

7. User Content and Third-Party AI Services

• You retain ownership of content you submit to our service


• You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide our services


• To provide AI-powered features, your content (including prompts, text, and other inputs) may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or other AI platforms). These providers process your content according to their own terms of service and privacy policies


• You acknowledge that once content is shared with third-party AI providers, it is subject to their data handling practices


• You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not contain sensitive personal data, confidential business information, or trade secrets that you do not wish to share with third-party services


• You are solely responsible for the content you submit and how you use outputs from our service


• We do not claim ownership of your prompts, workflows, or other user-generated content

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date


• AI outputs should be reviewed and verified before use in any critical application


• You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content


• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or suitability of AI outputs


• AI-generated content should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice

9. Intellectual Property

• All content and materials available on the service (excluding user content) are protected by intellectual property rights owned by us or our licensors


• Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without prior written permission


• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without authorization

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We provide the service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind


• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages


• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim


• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

11. Indemnification
